DeeBeCon is an international Information Technology company providing consulting and outsourcing solutions to Fortune 1000 companies. Requires individuals with experience in performing analysis, design, development, customization and implementation of Identity Management, Access Management solution in complex network environment. Architect system performance and system tuning enhancements. Coordinate changes to the environment with software vendor and operations, interact with software development teams to resolve issues and document action taken. Additional responsibilities include tuning database, trouble shooting production and network related problems. Will also conduct performance tuning, monitoring and escalation.HANDS ON EXPERIENCE ON IBM TIVOLI IDENTITY MANAGER, IBM TIVOLI DIRECTOR INTEGRATOR, IBM, TIVOLI ACCESS MANAGER, IBM TIVOLI FEDERATED IDENTITY MANAGER, TOAD, PUTTY, IBM DATA STUDIO, PRIVILEGED IDENTITY MANAGER (PIM), NETCOOL, SERVER SIDE PROGRAMMING USING JAVA AND J2EE (SERVLETS, JSP, STRUTS) Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in the position. Annualized Salary: $86403.00, Hours 40 (8 AM- 5PM). Education: Bachelor's Science or Math or Engineering or or Computer Science or Management of Technology or equivalent or foreign Equivalent.
