Full service restaurant OBA Noodle Bar specializes in preparing and serving top quality Asian fusion cuisine and noodles to our customers. We offer a blend of both traditional and modern Asian delicacies and noodles. Our atmosphere is very cozy with an extensive list of wine, beer, and other drinks to accommodate a wide range of tastes. Moreover, we have the friendliest and most professional staff anyone could imagine. In order to remain successful, we need a Asian Restaurant Supervisor who is knowledgeable about Asian food to oversee our kitchen and dining room, deal with customer relations, and implement the new food handling procedures in response to Covid-19. Our Asian Restaurant Supervisor will have the following responsibilities: 1. Overseeing Asian food preparation and ensuring consistent quality in both taste and plating; 2. Coordinating schedules and training the wait and kitchen staff; 3. Supervising servers in the dining room, and answering questions regarding the food and service, as well as resolving complaints from customers; 4. Supervising kitchen staff in all stages, including keeping fresh inventory, staying on time for dishes to go out, and following all health and safety regulations during cook prep work and cleaning up afterwards; 5. Applying in-depth knowledge and understanding of Asian cuisine to maximize productivity and efficiency in the kitchen, and to keep customer satisfaction; 6. Implementing specialized new food handling procedures to handle the restaurant’s new operating policies in response to COVID 19; 7. Creating inventory procedures, including recording purchases and paying suppliers for profit maximization; and 8. Keeping up with all legal requirements to make sure the Company follows all regulations and laws regarding food safety, food handling, and sanitation requirements.
