Global Supplier to the Research, Pharmaceutical & Biotechnology Markets. Foxx sells Tubing, Bags, Bottles, Flasks & Carboy Assemblies, Filtration, Fluid Management & Laboratory Safety Products. JOB TITLE: BioProcess Inside Sales POSITION REPORTS TO: Inside Sales Manager POSITION SUMMARY: Concentrate on client sales and order processing. The position requires a dynamic, self-driven, confident team member who will initiate and develop a strong working relationship with our clients. The representative will work with the client to determine the client’s needs, sell, and recommend other products to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: • Manage and nurture the growth of new and existing clients to meet and exceed sales target objectives. • Process samples and forward all product orders to operations. • Meet and/or exceed sales goals (monthly, quarterly, yearly). • Constant client communication, follow-up, and satisfaction via verbal and email communications. • Update request logs. • Check inventory for customers. • Deliver presentations and demonstrations of products to customers. • Participate in sales meetings and on-site training. • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results, as requested. • Able to work independently and in a team environment. • Provide weekly recaps of results and accomplishments to the management team. • Backup outside sales team, quotes, inventory, sample requests, etc. QUALIFICATIONS: • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. SUPPLEMENTAL JOB FUNCTIONS: • Performs additional duties as directed. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: • Preferred High School education or equivalent • Previous experience in a sales position. • Introduction to Microsoft Dynamics. • Able to easily change tasks, as instructed. • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges. • Able to lift 20 lbs. +. • Work in office and drive to other locations, if needed. • Customer Service skills. • Meeting sales goals. • Closing skills. • Territory management. • Prospecting skills. • Negotiations. • Self-Confidence. • Product knowledge. • Presentation skills. • Client Relationships. • Public Speaking.
