Title: Sulfur Dioxide Redesignation Request 
Description: The subject of the document being offered for public comment is a request to the EPA to formally redesignate the aforementioned nonattainment area to attainment and provide a plan for the maintenance of the 2010 SO2 standard. Specifically, this SIP submittal is intended to satisfy the requirements of Sections 107(d)(3)(E) and 175A of the Clean Air Act (CAA) and EPA guidance for documenting attainment and maintenance of the standard and assuring that the decrease in emissions is permanent and enforceable.
