NOTE: In lieu of the regularly scheduled SAC meeting for May 1, 2013, a special educational event is to be held for NH State Legislators at St. Paul's Church, Concord, NH. There will only be a brief business meeting after the event at 4:15pm.
This committee advises the Commissioner of Education on issues related to special education, and promotes communication and cooperation among individuals involved with students with disabilities. In addition, the committee is charged with reviewing the federal financial participation and the level of state funding to determine their impact on the programs and delivery of services to children/students with disabilities throughout the state.
