Next Steps NH HIgh School Pilot Sites (Cohort 2) |

Please join us for an Informational Webinar on Monday, June 2, 2014 from 10:00am – 11:30am to help guide you through the application process for the Next Steps NH High School Pilot Sites (Cohort 2) that will be released on or around May 14, 2014. New Hampshire high schools are eligible to apply with the endorsement of their superintendent. Applicants will be prepared to begin training and implementation in the fall of 2014 and demonstrate a commitment to support the implementation of evidenced-based transition practices within a comprehensive Transition Focused Education Framework. These practices will involve family engagement strategies and Extended Learning Opportunities (ELOs). In addition, pilot sites will also have the option of implementing Rehabilitation for Empowerment, Natural supports, Education, and Work (RENEW).
