Event Description:

NH Energy Week (NHEW) has joined forces with New Hampshire Employment Security to host the 3rd annual NHEW Virtual Career Fair which will take place from 11am to 1:30pm on Thursday, May 9. This event is for those who want to work in the energy industry, those considering future career options, and even those who have not yet explored a future career in energy. The fully virtual job fair and networking event that will be kicked off by a 20-minute panel discussion on developing New Hampshire’s energy workforce.

This event is designed to serve three purposes:

1. Offer insight into the breadth of energy sector employment opportunities by connecting job seekers with employers in the energy, energy efficiency, and renewables sectors. Employers looking to hire for internship and/or apprenticeship opportunities are strongly encouraged to participate.

2. Provide a platform for interested individuals and businesses to network across the energy sector, from service and infrastructure providers to non-profit organizations that have resources to drive the energy transition forward.

3. Highlight through a short, 20-minute panel discussion on how NH businesses are solving their workforce problems with apprenticeship programs and hear transformative stories from trade workers.
