Stock Room Clerk Full Time Technical Londonderry, NH, US ID: 1175 Apply JOB TITLE: Stockroom Clerk POSITION REPORTS TO: Bioprocess Manufacturing Manager POSITION SUMMARY: Using our MRP system the stockroom clerk is responsible for kitting parts to manufacturing work orders and maintaining accurate inventory in the stockroom. The stockroom clerk will be required to cycle count inventory, make inventory adjustments, and add new material to the stockroom using visual factory management techniques. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: • Pick individual parts for manufacturing work orders with high degree of accuracy. • Pack and unpack items to be stocked on shelves in stockrooms and warehouse. • Perform Inventory transactions in ERP System. • Preform cycle counts when required. • Maintain and store items in an orderly and accessible manner using visual factory principles. • Ensure all transactions are updated in the MRP system when moved within the site. • Assist others as required with additional warehouse duties. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, Excel, Word etc. QUALIFICATIONS: • N/A SUPPLEMENTAL JOB FUNCTIONS: • Performs additional duties as directed. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: • Preferred 2-3 years’ experience in stockroom or inventory control in a manufacturing environment. • Experience with MRP/ ERP systems, MS dynamics software experience a plus. • Self-starter with a high attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. • High School diploma combined with work experience. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interface with cross functional team members. • Ability to sort, check count and verify part numbers. • Ability to lift objects of various shape, sizes, and weights; lift to 25 lbs. • Ability to work independently without supervision. • Availability to work overtime as required.
