* The total annual pay for an employee is comprised of many pay types.

* Total annual pay amount for each employee represents gross pay.

* Active Position - The employee was active in that job at the end of the calendar year.

* Inactive Position - The employee was not active in that job at the end of the calendar year.

* If Multiple appears in the Agency Column, the employee was employed by multiple agencies within the selected year.

* If Multiple appears in the Title Column, the employee was employed with multiple titles within the selected year.
